EntryMinds was started by James and Joshua, two entrepreneurs with a vision to change the BPO industry. With years of experience in outsourcing and technology, they set out to offer high-quality services that help small to medium-sized businesses in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia succeed.

JoshuaCo-Founder and CEO
Joshua is a seasoned entrepreneur and BPO with a background in technology, product management, management consulting, business management, and banking. Joshua is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of EntryMinds. His deep understanding of process optimization and workflow management has helped EntryMinds build a streamlined, efficient service model.
Joshua’s expertise in scaling businesses and implementing automation tools has been instrumental in enhancing EntryMinds’ capabilities. His vision for integrating the latest technologies into outsourcing services has helped the company stay ahead of industry trends and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Outside of work, Joshua is passionate about food, travelling, and dogs. He also enjoys mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and constantly seeks innovative ways to improve business processes. Joshua went to UCLA for college and continued to work in Silicon Valley for another two years. He loves everything about the US and always finds the time to go back whenever he has the time.

With a solid background in business operations and data analysis, James brings data-driven decisions and strategic planning to EntryMinds. Before founding EntryMinds, James worked as a data analyst for various businesses, helping them streamline operations and reduce costs. His expertise in data processing and analysis ensures that EntryMinds efficiently provides quality and customized services to clients worldwide.
James is also an experienced gamer, sports enthusiast, and music lover. He enjoys exploring the latest video games, where he tests his skills and strategy against players worldwide. When he’s not gaming, you’ll find him playing his favorite sports or exploring new music genres to add to his diverse playlists.
